Brian is a Partner at Gotham Growth, a boutique strategic advisory firm specializing in the Human Capital Management market. With over 20 years of executive leadership experience, he has held roles including VP & GM at Phenom, President & CEO of Vestrics (acquired by Ultimate Software), and Global Commercial Leader at Mercer. Brian also led Infohrm prior to its acquisition by SuccessFactors and began his career in finance at SEI Investments.

Brian and his wife (Molly) and children (Regan, Aidan, Maggie) are all active in their local communities and schools, serving on various Boards at both Saints Simon & Jude and Academy of Notre Dame de Namur. His extensive experience spans industry roll-ups, IPOs, SPACs, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A transactions. Jon excels in due diligence, deal structuring, financial modeling, valuations, and negotiating terms, complemented by his leadership in building high-performing sales teams. Ed Simcox serves as Vice President of Solutions for Mayo Clinic Platform leading platform strategy, solution architecture, research and development. He served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the largest civilian government agency in the world. Prior to joining Mayo Clinic, Ed was the Chief Strategy Officer at LifeOmic, a precision health and wellness.

Dr. Ron McKinley is a distinguished CHRO in the healthcare industry with deep expertise in HR and organizational standards. He served as Chief Standards Officer at the University of Texas Medical Branch, leading U.S. and international standards development accredited by ANSI and ISO. Ron chairs ISO Technical Committees 260 (HR) and 304 (Healthcare) and has held executive HR roles at Texas Children’s Hospital and Peralta College. He is also a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.

Dr. Ron McKinley is a highly respected CHRO in healthcare with a focus on global standards and organizational excellence.
