Ed Simcox serves as Vice President of Solutions for Mayo Clinic Platform leading platform strategy, solution architecture, research and development. He served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the largest civilian government agency in the world. Prior to joining Mayo Clinic, Ed was the Chief Strategy Officer at LifeOmic, a precision health and wellness.

Dr. Ron McKinley is a distinguished CHRO in the healthcare industry with deep expertise in HR and organizational standards. He served as Chief Standards Officer at the University of Texas Medical Branch, leading U.S. and international standards development accredited by ANSI and ISO. Ron chairs ISO Technical Committees 260 (HR) and 304 (Healthcare) and has held executive HR roles at Texas Children’s Hospital and Peralta College. He is also a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.
